And the fact that her hands don't sync with the bar.
And the fact that the weight never changes in angle or perspective.

1. She's just so fast you can't tell where her hands really are.
2. She prefers a loose grip, allowing the weights to rotate within her hands and maintain their original orientation in relation to the rest of the world. She's clearly just that much of a beast.
3. She does lower body as well. Her thighs are hard as rock. They NEVER jiggle.

Verdict: Seems legit to me...

That's part of the ceiling. What he's doing is crossing his legs to set up a form of balance.

No he doesnt... You see at the last second of that camera shot as he goes down his feet aren't touching the ceiling...

Its easier to balance if you bend your legs. You keep them straight when you lose balance and its really hard to regain balance without throwing a leg forward of backwards.

You have them bent you lose your balance you either begin to straighten your legs or bend your legs more to shift your centre of gravity backwards or forwards respectively.

I'm not discrediting him, but he probably tried this like 20 times before he got it, and It's not that impressive. The momentum does most of the work and you just need balance. I've seen like 180 pound dudes put up, as olympic lifts, around 400 pounds. just sayin
