Not really. The weapons don't feel good and the fact that you can see the bullets just ruin the entire shooting part.

If I have a normal pistol gun I should not be able to see my bullets.

What I find funny though is that the game looked better for me when I played it normally than in the cut scenes. Where it looked horrible. Dem 360 graphics not looking too good.

I didn't play it on console. If you actually bothered to read you'd notice that I said the ingame graphics was better than the cut scenes. Meaning I'm playing on a PC. The cut scenes where from the 360.

Difference between most other games you mentioned, the bullets are barely visible. Here you can actually see the bullet travel it's distance and if you would be quick enough you can DODGE it. This is bad. Really bad.

Battlefield has btw some of the best bullet physics compared to any game. I don't play much of COD but the time I did play it the bullets where instant, the only thing you saw was tracer rounds.

Left 4 Dead is the same thing. Bullets are instant and the only thing you see are some tracer rounds. I haven't played Gears of war, but Uncharted did the same thing as splinter cell. When you can see the bullet it ruins the experience of you using a gun.

Alan Wake didn't exactly do this because I recently played it and the guns felt quite good.
Far Cry 3 does not have this issue at all.
Didn't play Hitman. But the previous games share the same problem.

Grand theft Auto series does have some bad shooting part in it, though GTA4 did it a bit bet better than the other ones in the series.

The weapons feel bad when I can see my shot traveling through the air to the target. It gives the gun no sense of power and the fact that you could miss a moving target even if you aimed on it was just ludicrous.

You think it's the tracer round that you see in the game but it's actual bullet. In most other games you only see a tracer round that will not affect anything.

But I got other things to complain about.
The maps where a bit too limited with few options.
The game was focused too much on action and they didn't do that nicely.
There are inconsistency between finish maps where the AI will go "I was there at the carnival!" when in fact I killed everyone. Or they'll taunt me with other lines on how they survived previous map.

It's an average game.

I didn't like it because, not only did you have no incentive to be stealthy, it made it far too easy to just run and gun your way through it.

I beat the entire game on realistic. The game is just stupidly easy.

This is why before you and your friends do close quarters combat you understand that the first person to enter gets one side, one gets the other. The first person enters eliminating every possible target from the center of the room to the end of his side while clearing, if he sees an enemy on the opposite side, he does not worry about that side because that is not his responsibility, it is his friends. Same goes with the other person. It is literally putting your life in another hands and this is why live fire combat is the hardest job in the world.

Support ALL the troops.
