So are you telling me that dogs are perfectly capable of becoming bipedal and the only reason they don't is because they don't need to? That's it. If I get another dog, I'm taping its front legs to its stomach until it learns to walk without them. Then its front paws will be all withered and it will be like a tiny, fur-covered T-Rex.

He/She didn't walk until she was about that size (no walking puppy, sorry).
He/She started walking because another dog took his/her ball...

What's horrible about it? It's ******* amazing a handicapped dog can learn (maybe be taught, but still) to live so well and be so ******* happy with it. Not to mention, he doesn't care/complain, he just lives
