WHY DON'T WE HAVE KEYBOARDS LIKE THIS NOW?!? they would be perfect for those people that have 13.3'' laptops, or gaming grade laptops!

So you are saying in order to be a gamer you HAVE to sit at home and play? Sure there are small desktop computers nowadays but nothing beats having a i7 8gig ram gaming laptop on a LONG travel, or when you visit someone or whenever you are away. Also, if you but a decent laptop today then it will last (for me it would) at least 5 years. (in the end you cant play latest games on maximum settings but who gives a **** if you can play the game.

I have a gaming laptop because I'm in college out of state and I don't want to buy a desktop AND a laptop, and then ship the desktop as parts back home after I graduate.

my gaming laptop doubles for school work and gaming.

this is exactly my point. Gaming laptops = more money, less options. you can upgrade the Ram, even the storage.. but you can't put in a newer, better gfx card or a higher performing CPU, you're stuck. with a desktop you can replace all those parts, swap them out, add new ones AND they (for the most part) cost LESS.

Like I said... everyday gaming. I know people like to take games on the go when they travel, that's why a laptop is nice but ONLY if you travel. If you purchase it to use everyday at home instead of having a desktop then you might want to reconsider some things. Especially when you leave it plugged in on your desk and it never leaves that spot, it's just retarded

Some of my friends have a 'school' laptop and a 'personal' one, which is odd since they both are personal in the sense that they purchased them. The way it works is that they only use the first laptop during school and the second one for anything else, eg. trips, gaming, movies. Words can't sufficiently describe how much this angers me...

Yes, they appear when you need to write or play a game or whatever, and then the screen turns flat again. It saves a lot of space and makes it a lot more comfortable.
