I forget what it stands for, but it's a series of game mods that modify render functions and apply additional effects for games like Elder Scrolls and GTA 4 amongst many others. It makes the lighting and reflections and **** extremely realistic.

you can't do this with a laptop, it needs a desktop.

Really? Because I have enb and photorealism on gta and can run it on my msi laptop.

Of course you can, are you ******** me? fair enough you would need a bloody good laptop, like a custom built one, or (dare i say it) an alienware.

No you can't, all laptops have "Mobile" versions of their Desktop counterparts, smaller versions, which means they need fans and bigger GPU Cores and Cache which means they need to be big which means you can't fit them into laptops, even Alienware laptops. (actually Alienware laptops aren't very "Specy" compared to other high end laptops they're just way too pricey), you may be able to run it, but it will be 10 frames Per second, which wont look like the GIF.

and this is only talking about GPUs , there are CPUs too and Motherboards, all are made "Gimped down" when they're installed into laptop because if you really want a laptop that fits these things, it will look like a portable Desktop, which is dumb.

<---- this is a desktop's GPU , you can't fit this on a laptop. so they dumb it down and micro it , while removing the fan.

Are you retarded?

You are trying to tell someone who CURRENTLY runs this game on his/her laptop, that his/her laptop can't run it. Jesus Christ.

You do not need a desktop to play demanding games. There are several high quality laptops in the market now that can run just about any game out on PC.

this is a Laptop's GPU, as you can see its just the core of the GPU with nothing around it, most Laptops are not upgradable by the way.

So? You still have the necessary requirements to run GTA at about 60 fps with a low range (goddammit i need better examples) alienware. I said nothing about upgrading laptops, i did say about actually making one. Mainly because that's what i did. I'm telling you, my laptop and many others can run GTA with photorealism and at full graphics and still get a minimum of 60 fps average.
