A little more intence or maybe add an option to turn it off and on so you can play how ever you like but i still like the game

But that wouldn't work, because with and without the jamming would be completely different games, and you'd have to balance the game differently, which would be the cause to make one of the game modes slightly more unfairly difficult, or slightly more unfairly easy.

Plus, not much people liked the QTE's that was the gun jamming. That's why they didn't have it in FO:3 or FO:NV.

Gun jamming was in Fallout 3 in a way. It was when you reloaded a damaged gun and you had to cock it twice.

But there wasn't a QTE.
And that's what i meant.
Plus, jamming was in FO:NV too.
It just was done the right way, as a punishing factor in a time of need, if you didn't repair your gun enough.
