Pretty pathetic.
When a predator can't even catch a prey that is given to it in a sealed box, I would kill the snake and keep the mouse since it is clearly a superior animal.

I say if a mouse goes 2 minutes without being eaten, you let it loose. It's earned its freedom.

As a snake owner I would never do that to either animal :( I always feed my snake prekilled mice because A) I don't have the heart to kill the mouse myself and B) live mice are a serious threat to your snake. They will fight for their lives and can mangle the snake with their teeth and claws if you let them. My friend had a snake that didn't kill its supper before it swallowed. The rat chewed its way out of the snake's throat and the poor little guy drowned in his own blood.

Also this is a pic of my sweet lady Andromeda. She likes her fat cheeks to be rubbed.

It's almost as if this characteristic was vital to that species's survival.

At least he put more effort in that my snake did.
He was so ******* lazy, I had to buy frozen pinkies, defrost them THEN cut their damn necks open so he could smell them.
Then, and only then would he bother.

The sad part is, that mouse was eventually eaten.. I hate it when humans does this to animals. In the wild, the mouse would at least get a chance to run away.
