The buttered side actually has less of a chance to hit than the nonbuttered side 0,0

Depends on the height from which it's dropped. If it's dropped from the average table height, it will most likey land on the buttered side. But from specific heights it has a better change to land on the non-buttered side. Watch the whole episode or dont comment.

In realty the force that flips cat to it's legs is much more bigger than force flipping the toast with butter. Space in cat's back is to small to contain enough tosts to balance both forces so than cat could spin in the air for infinity. Scinece!
