the traffic cone is correct. it's a bubble of mercury, mercury is liquid at room temp. the bubble was cut in half forming two half bubbles because mercury is viscous. they then popped naturally and turned into puddles. that's science bitch, know your ****

i agree with this, but if i were to debate, i would say: maybe the rounded edges make the mass seem more when it is a sphere and when it liquefies there is some thickness to it. but after watching it for for like a minute now, yea the pool should be bigger or hella thicker -_-

No, the hemisphere drops straight through the table surface. The volume of the mercury would require double the surface area on the table than is shown.

It's a computer animation, but of course mercury is real and is liquid at room temperature. I'm pretty sure I remember seeing it from middle school technology class (which btw was back in 1996-1999 for me)
