For the last few years, I've been doing most physical work via my right arm, and as a result: I look like one of those "dangers of masturbation" people. How do I quickly regain the muscle into the left side of my body (arms/chest) to make it not look so unusual. I have 2 20 pound weights and not much else.

A lot of people have one arm bigger than the other. Most of the time it is the dominant hand. My right arm is 0.5+- cm bigger than my left. Just lift more with the other arm. For example if you're doing some curls 3 set of 10. Do 2x10 with your bigger arm and 3x10 with your smaller arm.
