Alright, so this is the 3rd night in a row of jogging/walking 3 miles. My shins are REALLY sore. Is there some sort of stretch to help this?

First I want to mention it is likely shin splints( issue with muscle cramps) which i had pretty severly when i used to play lacrosse and go for long runs on concrete and pavement. for me what used to work was staying as hydrated as posible, eating alot of potasium to stop cramping and heating pads work really well to make the muscles feel better when theyre really tight. stretch wise i never learned anything sorry.
TL;DR-->water bananas and suck it up

Well, the protein supplement i took before i went to sleep helped the soreness. Im going to start taking it because it really get the tightness and soreness out of the way.

Keep potassium up, use some heating/cooling products or techniques, and I would recommend breaking up your jogging. Maybe since you're just starting out, put in some rest days or days where you work something else on the body. If you're trying to get into shape for track or something, I would recommend doing breathing exercises or core workouts on these in between days. These can help stop getting stitches in your side when you run.
Just remember it is very important to not overwork your legs. An injury now can really set you back, so split it up.

So what youre saying is that i should not jog/walk everyday?

For now. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I take it you recently started jogging? When beginning to work out, no matter upper body, lower body, or cardio, you should always split up the days when you work out. If you don't, you become very susceptible to injury

I would say to exercise every other day for a month or two then.
