as long as you keep your calorie intake up you shouldn't have a issue

I havent lifted in 3 months, because ALL i've been doing is running/push-ups because i want to make sure i pass military requirs, i've gone down a weight class from 172 to 165

I wasn't on the team because of some medical BULLSHIT so i couldn't compete, but i was wrecking people in the 145 weight class during practice
