If I eat healthy (Pretty much avoiding junkfood and eat normal portions) And I walk about an hour each day, plus I do stage crew in my school (a lot of heavy lifting and moving stuff around for an hour or 2 a day) How much weight would I be able to loose in a month? And any advice on loosing a bit more weight. I'm sick of looking in the mirror and seeing my fat ass.

How much weight you're going to lose depends on how much calories you take in during the day. Exercising helps.

Let's do some math: take you bodyweight in KGs and multiply it with 0.02. You get the amount of calories your body burns for one MINUTE(multiply by 60 and then 24 for a whole day) just by keeping you alive(doing nothing).
Additional calories are burned with exercise.

To lose weight healthy you just have to l consume little less calories(300-600 less) than you burn during the day.
If you don't care about muscles it's piss easy.
If you want muscles too, it's a bit more complicated and go read 4chan's /fit/ sticky.

If you don't want to do the math, just tell me your bodyweight in KGs and I'll tell you what you need.

Oh and with this, you're going to steadily lose around 1-2lbs a week, so it's not bad.

Depends on your current weight and height, so a little more info plox?
Also what is considered normal food? I know a bunch of people that think that just because it's home cooked food, that it's healthy. 10+ fried homecooked wings and a plate full of homemade fries do not equal healthy.

I'm 5 4' and 150 pounds. And I'm a girl. And good food as in like plenty of water, fruits and vegetables. (I hear bananas are really good). Chicken and beef. (Or is that too fattening?) And avoid anything too sugary.

Bananas are good, as well as most other fruits and vegi's as long as it's well portioned out. Just google your average fruits/vegi's to look at their calorie count. Chicken is a lean meat so it's also good, avoid the fatty parts of chicken like thighs and grilled chicken is better, avoid fried or chicken cooked in too much fat and oil. Beef can be a bit fatty sometimes, depending on what cut of beef it is. Don't avoid beef altogether, but just make it an occasional thing and not your main source of meat. Turkey breast and fish, like tuna, are also lean meats. Pork also depends on the cut, so don't go eating bacon and thinking it's healthy, but some low fat pork cuts are good too. One of the best tips out there is avoid all soda! No soda whatsoever, you'll loose pounds quick if you avoid these, also high fat dairy drinks should be avoided too.

The way you loose weight is to create a deficit. Your metabolism burns about 1600-1800 calories a day by doing day to day tasks and just being alive, if you eat 1600-1800 calories then your deficit is 0. You want to try to eat less, burn more calories, or do both to create a deficit. Walking for an hour will burn 200-300 calories, and i'll go out on a limb and say your stage crew stuff will burn another 500ish calories. So that is already about 800 calories all together. If you eat the normal amount of food, that's loosing about 1 to 1 1/2 pounds a week (1lb = 3,500calories). The more you excercise and healthier you eat, you'll make a bigger deficit and loose weight faster.

tl;dr Eat healthy, drink water, burn more calories than you eat and you'll loose weight.

Thank you so much. Also, with the chicken, does dark meat or white meat matter? Or are they the same thing? And I usually bakes the chicken.

There's ongoing debate on white vs. dark meat, but dark meat (chicken legs and thighs) have over 2 times the saturated fat than white meat (chicken breast, wings), so it's pretty obvious which is better. I find white meat can get bland and boring really fast so look up healthy recipes with different spices and what not for chicken breast.
