Anyone have any advice on how to get bigger biceps and chest muscles? PS I only have dumbells up to 50 lbs

Follow this workout to get bigger chest, shoulders, arms.
It ends up being 320 push ups, 320 curls and 800 abs in 40 minutes
20 x push ups
20 x curls
20 x push ups
20 x curls
100 abs.
Do this 8 times. Each "set" takes about 4 minutes, with 1 minute of rest.

It means any sort of ab exercise. Search around and find different ab exercises. Variety is the best tactic to take.
Do it every other day.

PS: I got abdominal fat that wont gtfo, its very annoying. Any tips would be appreciated!

To get rid of the abdominal fat you'll get to lose some weight all over.

Bigger biceps and pectorals? Do dumbbell and hammer curls for biceps (3-4 sets of 9-12 reps; 30-45 seconds of rest between sets. Try to go to failure) and some nice dumbbell bench press (mind your form, it's harder to maintain it with dumbbells) and chest flies. Same number of sets and reps, but up the rest time to 45-60 seconds.

It's far from a complete workout, It'd be better if you worked everything else, but this should work for you.
