Don't be one of those scrawny people that just just train abs because they think it will get bitches. You need to be proportional, a 6pack with a person with small arms/chest/back just looks ridiculous

If you don't feel like going to the gym just do straight pushups, and flutter kicks are good for core work too. The usual ab workout are good, but don't just do one area it's not too healthy.

Oh yeah and you won't gain anything unless you eat tons of protein.

I haven't tried it myself, in fact I'm pretty fat, but my friend and his 2 brothers did it over the summer and they have washboard abs now. When they started, my friend was really skinny like you, and his brothers were actually a bit chubby.

these are all retarded marketing-type workout programmes that build a small amount of muscle fast, with little rest.

basically you get a bit of muscle which will subsequently be lost if you don't keep up the rediculous training programmes repetitativley.

what i posted is a better 4-day split designed to build lasting muscle and give strength.
