start hydrating a lot more. drink water pretty much all day the day before you plan on running, and all during the day you plan on running up until maybe half an hour before you start. it helps loads

That feeling sucks. I usually just try to keep it down for the hour or so it lasts.

Yeah I ended up drinking 4 tall glasses of water. It subsided maybe I wont run so much next time.

No, that feeling wears away after a while, i use to get that when i first started and now i can run 7 miles without getting it.
