I need advice on how to lose stomach fat. I really want to lose this weight before school starts in about 20 days. What's a good strategy to start losing stomach fat fast?

Low carbs, high cardio, as asharknamedcarl said, running is real good for a method of cardio, try and make it high intensity though, the more out of breath it makes you, the more fat you'll be burning, just make sure you aren't over training though.

start by doing the obvious thing for loosing weight. Watch your calorie intake, and eat more fruits and veggies, cut the fast food as HARD as it is, (It will pay off)   
   
drink LOTS of water.   
   
start by doing sit ups, crunches etc mostly exercises focusing on the abdominal area. increasing your limit everyday by ten or more.   
   
keep doing al of this for a few weeks and you'lll see results.

I did a ot of crunches. i lost 10 pounds. not sure why it didnt work for others.

Because since your eating good too, you might have lost the weight from eating. Cardio just burns some more calories to aid you in weight loss, and gets things moving. Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym.

But you shed 10 pounds from your entire body, not just your stomach region. People think working out your abs makes your stomach smaller, but in reality the fat burning process is too indirect for the muscle you worked out to affect what fat is burned.
