Ok, I want to be fit, obviously. I'm 14 if it matters, and I'm slightly above average weight. I don't have any access to gym equipment. As far as eating habits and home exercises, what could I do to accomplish my goal? It's not very specific, I just want to have a lot of muscle, visible abs, etc

Well first off, you need a calorie deficit. So how much do you weigh?

You want to be eating like 1300 calories a day or so. Push ups and Situps are also good if you don't have equipment.

I used to do like 30-40 every hour. However many you can do in one go is usually good for every hour.
