Reduce your daily amount of calories to max 2000 (depending on your methabolism it could be more or less). Do short intense workouts 3-4 times a week, no more is required. Your workouts should be consisting of high weight but few repetitions.

Example:

3*6 benchpress 80% of your max
4*8 squat
3*5 deadlift
3*8 biceps curls
3*15 abs-something

and so on, so the majority of your muscles are covered

remember to do your repetitions slow - make them count

i lost 6 pounds in like 2 weeks just by doing all weights (make sure to include your legs) one day and then cardio and abs the next

proper dieting, and high intensity workouts. Example : sprint 100 yards as fast as you can, then take a five second break. Then again, for sets about 10- 15.
