Anyone else go the gym around 11pm. I find it always goes better for me. Even though the Clen keeps me up forever...

I usually try to get to the gym between 2-4pm so i've had enough food throughout the day and enough carbs to give me the insane energy i need.

I don't think that's healthy. Around that time is when your liver needs you to sleep so it can repair itself or something, otherwise, it'll become weak.

Im a personal trainer lol...its fine to do as long as you get enough sleep. Just wanted to see if anyone else did too
