LITTLE/NO salt (holds water). LOADS of water. NO carbs (or extremely little). chicken. veges. fish.

it sucks, but you'll be toned in no time.

also, lift.

I said toned, not to look like a walking uterus. I don't want to be bigger, I just want better muscle definition, and yes I do lift.

besides a diet overhaul, im thinking you have maxed what you can do with working out, a few pullups couldn't hurt though.
