So I have a question... I usually try to exercise to get back in shape or at least tone a bit. But I've noticed every time I really start to work out I start to break out with abscess either on my back or legs.

I'm under weight by 20 pounds I don't really eat too much now and I don't exercise much because of the abscess I get.

Is there anything I can do to tone myself with out over exerting myself?

yes and they all ask if I am practicing good hygiene which, being a very paranoid girl, I am. Then they give me antibiotics and thats it :/

Nothing really it started when I was in Tennis I would sweat a lot but I never wore the same clothes I would always wear something else and yet it still happened

That's weird; pretty much the only reason why you would be more likely to get abscesses is by having a weaker immune system, but that should come with accompanied of some very obvious symptoms.

Yea I didn't think much of them when I first got one till I had like 4 more :/ I do have a weakened immune system but that bad? It can't be. :/

I assume you're already taking something for your allergies.
However; you ARE 20 pounds under weight and don't eat much, so you could be anemic, and that only worsens your immune system. Talk to a nutritionist and ask him/her to look into the anemia possibility. Also ask for a weight gaining diet (nothing too exaggerated; slow and steady is usually the way to go)

Here are some recommendations to prevent the abscesses:

- You should definitely eat healthier. Fresh and colorful vegetables and fruits are particularly good when it comes to boosting your immunities.
- Put some antiseptic on your legs before working out; to make sure the number of bacterias is as little as possible.
- Take a shower right after exercising. Make sure the water is cool.
- Use pants that absorb moisture to keep your legs as dry as possible. They should fit nicely; not too tight but not too loose because either of them will irritate your skin.
