That's me over 4 months into my weight lifting routine. Notice improvements and definition especially around pecks, abs and biceps. The part i'm most pleased about is that's about 4 or 5 shitty days i've had at work and not felt like doing the weights but pushed myself to do them. When i started i missed a few days and got angry with myself so glad to be past that.
