Hey fj, i have an account but i would like to stay signed out for this. Im 5foot 6inches tall. I weigh about 122 pounds and according to what i've looked up this weight is completely fine, yet i have such awkward figure. Everyone thinks im skinny until i take off my shirt and its pretty embarassing. Any advice?

I've been doing Insanity for 3 weeks now, and almost no change has been seen.

If you dont know what Insanity is, its basically Max interval working out for about 50 min a day.

As the guy said diet is important. Also dont expect to see change after 3 weeks (also its hard noticing any change in yourself even when there is some) Keep doing what your doing and take a pic every 2 weeks/month and you'll notice the difference.
