Do you guys know any exercises for only one of the pec muscles? Since the left one is bigger I want to avoid training it more until the other one is just as big.

instead of using a barbel to do bench press, use a dumbbell, should help a bit

So you're saying I should keep training both of them? It's been like this for a long time, looks kinda weird.

have you always trained them together or did you only work on one for some time?

Well I'm left handed, so I guess it's because of that. I don't really work out, but I did once, and then a long break, and then I started again recently. But yeah, always both of them.

haha no shit, im a lefty too, yeah that type of thing happens, everyone has a stronger side, many youre the only one who can notice it because youre aware of your body. although if it gets too noticeable you might be relying a bit more on your left side when bench pressing so drop down to a weight where you feel both sides can handle the pressure evenly

Well.. My ex-girlfriend told me she had noticed that it looked weird too, so I'm not the only one :P

Really what I was looking for was an exercise that would only train one of the muscles, so I could focus on that for awhile :)

Use dumbbells and it should even out. But it won't even out totally since you are left hand dominant (I am too) and that is just naturally your stronger side.

Do you know any exercises I could do for evening this out?

I would just do different workouts that focus on your chest, and do them until you think both arms are at the same level, since one will be able to take more weight than the other and the weaker one will naturally catch up. That's how I fixed it, just takes some time. Although it will never be totally the same.
