For anyone who actually does lift, what's your max on Squat, Bench, and Power Clean or Dead Lift. I'm 17, and I weigh around 155, and this was my first year in weight training at High School. Last maxes for the year were:
Squat: 290 lbs
Bench: 180 lbs
Power Clean: 175 lbs

Our coach never let us max on dead lift, don't ask why. These were without any pre/post workout substances and not on a diet. I plan on taking Jack 3d for pre workouts and cycle between Protein and Creatine monthly throughout this summer after working out.

I'm 16, about 260 it's okay because i'm 6'6
Squat: 330 lbs
Bench: 210 lbs
Power Clean: not totally sure, don't do it as much as I should
Leg Press: 646 lbs
I started taking a protein powder about a month ago, and it really helped. Those are some great numbers man.

Power clean: 235
Dead lift is pointless and I have never really maxed on it...

I only started to work on my bench in the last month of this past school year, getting to a 175 max. Never even tested anything else. Now most the routines I do at home are with body weight resistance and dumbbells.

Not cycle between the two individually. I'll take my protein everyday, but cycle monthly on the creatine, just worded it wrong.

And not mad at all, why should I be?

Also, how old are you?

Mate, cycling creatine is just a way fro you to do the "loadcing phase" again and waste more creatine monohydrate.

You are better off sticking to it without cycling.

dumbbell incline press - 37.5kg dumbbells
deadlift - 120kg x 6
