Whoever made this is using equality as a synonym for identical. Which is not only, wrong but very ignorant.

To emphasize my point I will use this example:

6/3 = 2 six thirds is equal to two

But these numbers are completely different, one is a fraction and the other is a whole number. The numbers on the left are greater than the number on the right, and the denominator of the fraction is odd, and the whole number is even. Because I have listed the things that makes these two numbers different I have effectively proved why they are not equal.
WRONG. The two numbers are equal even if they aren't identical. And this ignorant puffin needs to understand that we can all be different as well as equal.

while i agree with you; i would ask that you recognize that the majority of people are confusing identical with equal when preaching equality.

a fat person who exceeds the weight limit of a ride should not ride for their own safety but would call the denial of their allowance to ride "inequality"
