Hey guys, recently I have been fighting with anxiety and depression. I'll be in a good mood at one moment and then I think of something and it becomes something bad. I barely express any emotions at all I just let it all bottle up inside. So far the only thing that cheers me up is hug which doesn't happen very often. Any advice to overcoming these two demons?

Find friends and family and open up to them and have them help you. I had the same thing.
