Good Afternoon Everybody!
I need help with something. I have been trying to lucid dream but I have been having trouble. I keep a journal, I do reality checks, and I have been experimenting with several different things while laying in bed. For example, I often lay down without moving for 20-30 mins to try to get into sleep paralysis and listen to those sounds that lower vibrations to initiate REM sleep faster. If anyone is knowledgable about this topic, I would appreciate help.

I would not suggest inducing lucid dreaming purposely.
You seem to already know that you hit sleep paralysis first.
I'm not sure if you have actually experience sleep paralysis first hand, but it's very frightening.

Thanks a lot. I know a lot about sleep paralysis because it has happened to me several times. There are methods to escape it and I know that it is normal and everything is OK.

Well, I tried the WILD method. Now, Captain Obvious has a few words to say;
I did everything right and entered the paralysis and it wasn't so bad until i started hallucinating lots and lots of snakes. EVERYWHERE. So I calm down and get through it, but I never became lucid in the dream. I will have to try again today :D

Your sleep paralysis seems a little different than most. haha.
Most experience something sitting on their chest, I believe.
If not something watching them, which is what I experienced.
