lol, I can tolerate em. The worst I got from the sugar free bears was a 5 minute semi-diarrhea spell after eating about 1lb of em throughout the day.

It is a certain chemical that is usually (not always though) in sugar free item to preserve the fake sugar. It basically makes the candy a laxative if you eat to much.
But is not always there. 99% of packaging wont give a warning. and if you do not eat a huge amount, you will be fine

TLR... dont eat large amounts of sugar free gummies
