The grunt and the brute are not blind. All three suitors, Alois, Basil and Malo de Vigny from Amnesia: Justine are all blind though. Was it by chance those you were thinking of?

From the official Amnesia wiki and I ******* quote:

"The Brute looks blind but isn't both in gameplay and lore/story."

amnesia.wikia.com/wiki/Brute

Look at the information section.

Is L.A. Noire any good on the computer? I've been wanting to play it for a while (don't have any consoles) but I've seen a lot of bad reviews for the PC version of it. Is it worth buying? I don't really want to waste my money since I'm broke enough as it is, but I really would like to play it...

Its really good at first, but gets way too repetitive after the 4th case, then all the cases afterwards are reused a lot, you can solve them the same way you solved the previous ones, and the endings of them are very anti-climatic.

the game has a lot of potential but you better off playing Phoenix Wright, lot more thought have been put in the cases.

I feel so honored to be the first comment. All of my hard work and dedication has paid off. Getting the top comment has been a dream of mine for many years, and i would like to thank those who have helped me along the way. First and foremost i would like to thank god for giving me this opportunity. Next i would like to thank my parents. I want to thank my friend Josh Arcaro, for being really skinny and always there for me. I would also like to thank my pet tadpole for surviving against all odds for over a week. Next i would like to thank the squirrel that lives in my backyard for climbing trees because that gives me inspiration that i need to get through the day. This is a special moment in my life and i would like to thank any of my unmentioned friends and family that have helped me along the way. This moment will be a moment that i will never forget. I just remembered a few other people i would like to thank; facebook, the fish i caught in the third grade, my light in my room bc i wouldn’t be able to see the keyboard without it, the internet for letting me go on facebook, my house because without it i would be homeless, and last but not least i would like to thank all the people out there that actually took time out of their day to read this. I cannot stress how much of a big deal to me this is. I have been trying to be the first comment on a post for years, but that has not been possible until this amazing day. Hopefully my good luck will continue, but this is undoubtedly a rare occasion. If you asked me how i did this, i would say, you can achieve anything u set your mind on. To all the kids out there reading this, i would like to tell them to follow their dreams. Being the top comment is amazing, thank you everyone.

Alan Wake:

MAYBE THE COFFEE IS SO THAT YOU DO NOT FALL ASLEEP DURING THE NIGHT WHEN THE ******* MONSTERS COME OUT.

Also, I really couldn't finish the game, because of how much it resembles a possible course I could've gone in life.

The coffee isn't even a key part to the game, its just a collectable, but all it represents is Alan Wake wanting to stay awake away from his nightmare

I know, I played the game through to maybe act 2, not sure. But it does seem logical that you collect coffee thermoses, seeing how ****** up the monsters are.

Also, nightmare? Are you saying it is all fictious, like, he wakes up at some point and goes "Ah dang it Madelyn, it was all a faike, I aint no great writer!" or something like that?

IIRC the Darkness was using his head to make the monsters.

It's been years since I was spoiled, and I'm probably going to finally play the game now.

It's a bit complicated as to exactly what the monsters are and how they came to be.

Do you want me to spoil the story for you, or not?

Its really ''fictious'' but by nightmare I mean is that all of the monsters are from Alan's head
