women can get sex very easily. Pretty much every time a girl walks into a bar she can find someone who would be willing to do her, even if she isn't good looking at all. Any woman who is desperate enough to rape a man is not the kind of woman you would ever want to have any kind of relationship with, not to mention that it is a violation of your privacy and can be extremely traumatic. So I'd have to say yes, most guys would complain if the were legitimately raped.

**** it.
Why do men even get blamed for "raping" a girl this way?
Rape is having sex with someone against their will, not getting drunk with someone, having sloppy sex, regretting it in the morning and calling it rape.

Men shouldn't have to take responsibility for the woman.
Most of the time it's the women who instigate the sex, it should be up to them to know when they are too drunk, not anyone else.
It's basically saying: "I'm too selfish and idiotic to take responsibility for my actions so let this guy take the blame"

Of course, there's a point when everyone is way out of it.
If a woman is clearly on the point of passing out or collapsing, you shouldn't do anything. But if she is capable of telling you she wants it, or saying she wants it, then it's her fault if she regrets it in the morning.

If were to get drunk tonight, **** some girl, then report it as rape, I'd get nothing out of it because I have a penis.
Christ, double standards regarding gender in the first world is ridiculous.
Just like men's claims of rape are rarely taken seriously, in some countries men can't even get a job around small children unless a female is supervising.

People need to learn to trust other people, and should learn to take responsibility for their own actions.

The issue is, in many areas it actually is considered rape to have sex with someone when they're drunk
The drunk person is considered unable to consent
Now, whether or not such laws are morally right, that is a whole nother debate
But guys and gals alike should be aware of these sort of laws, in case they wind up sleeping with someone who wants to **** them over for a bad night

That is a part of that weird gray area
Again, I'm not saying the law is smart. I'm just saying it's there in some areas, and it often favors the woman as the judicial system often does.

I longboard home in the rain last night and because it was dark and i stopped at a crosswalk some girls went "That guy across the street is going to rape us" and ducked in to a building. I ******* was accused of being a rapist because I waited at a crosswalk at nighttime. So shut the **** up, its clearly your opinion that no one wants to hear

I was raging... I was like 3 seconds away from calling them out.

Honestly though if she is to drunk to think for herself on whether sex is acceptable at this time or not then she better be ready later for the consequences later or she shouldn't be able to drink if she can't handle them... same goes for the guy (if this happens about other things

In the video it really sounds like this guy doesn't want police resources to be spent on rape cases. If information like this was spread to every human in the world and they bought into it 100% nobody would listen to rape reports, and no women would want to report a rape.

guys get **** faced and act the same way they would if they were buzzed... Guys are out to hit on girls at the bars (sorry it is in our nature. We are gonna try and **** you

Girls act conservative when buzzed but if they get **** faced all hell breaks loose and mistakes get made (they reciprocate the sexual tension that has constantly been present from the guy.)

So my question then becomes. If we have been trying to get into your pants all night and you suddenly get yourself drunk enough to have sex with us even if you didn't want to then whose fault is it? We acted the same where as you changed your behavior...

This actually reminds me of a story that was in the newspaper just this morning. I guess these two sisters really hated their Uncle, and ended up saying he molested them as kids, and they took it to court.

Lucky for the Uncle who was innocent, he ended up winning the trial, and sued the girls back for like, $100,000 and he won that trial. It is possible to fight a false rape claim and win, but it's pretty hard.

main problem is people dont regulate themselves

society has become a rampant binge drinking culture where people go towards the aim of getting *********, so given that, since they CHOSE to get blitxed they waiver all consequences of what happened because of it

There's a story in my local paper today about a man whose 30 year old nieces are suing him for damages because he allegedly raped them when they were kids.

Despite the fact that he would have had zero opportunity

And in order to actually do what they're saying he's done, he would have had to have made his way into a room where several other children were sleeping on the floor, weave his way through them all, rape them both, then weave his way back out without waking any of them up.

However, he's actually been found innocent, and is now being awarded $125,000 in damages from a defamation suit.

the video makes a good point false accusers are a real problem but instead of condeming this behaivor which would help real victims feminists support all woman who make accusation even after they are found to be lying they still defend them in many cases.they also harass and occasionally assult men who were falsely accused for years after they were exhonorated. but what really shows feminisims true colors is the fact they are still changing the laws to make it harder to catch liars by removing inocent until proven guilty and usuing accusation as proof. If people don't take a stand soon their "evil will be law"
