Thank you for smoking

you do realize that the title of this movie is "thank you for smoking" and this speech is used to try to get the US government to stop pro-smoking laws from passing.

I think my first M-Rated was Fable II, I played the **** out of that

I think my first rated M game was Persona 3F. I sold it after I beat it because it had no replay value imo and the character design was bad.

My dad bought me gta 3 when it came out, i didn't even ask for it! I was like 6.

Appreciate what you get.
GTA 3 was also my first GTA game I think I was 12 when I started playing it.
I really can't say it's affected me much. It's so unrealistic. You would have to be much much younger to think GTA games are realistic (they are still very fun, and have a fun story line). Just having the swat team. and every available police unit in town after you, and with a click of a button all the police attention is gone. Also, where the **** does Niko store all of his weapons?
That being said, GTA IV was still the funnest game I've ever played, can't wait for GTA V.
My two favorite are GTA IV (and the DLC) and The Last of Us (for the storyline + graphics and detail)

To be honest, at the time, I had no idea what I was doing in that game. I just killed for hours, and I turned out fine. And yes I do appreciate what I have. The only thing I had to game on was original xbox from when it came out till 2010. I don't know if anyone played the scarface game, but I loved the game. I remember trying to beat the first level for hours and I couldn't pass the first room. So I went and watched the movie (never seen it) and I realized the guy from the window was killing me every time. I don't know where I'm going with this.

The original Xbox came out it 2010? It seems longer.

I never played Xbox much. More of PS2 and PS3.

The rate ages are a suggestion. There's people who can stand those games at 15, there's people who's 21 and still can't (I know a guy). But he has a point: if parents buy a 18+ video game and/or let their child play it, then they can't blame video games for making their child violent (which is not a proven fact, but let's imagine it is, just for the example). That's their own stupidity's fault. If you don't want the kid to play the ******* game, DON'T BUY HIM THE ******* GAME!
User avatar #244 - sinclairr (07/25/2013) [-]
let me spill out my feelings real quickly

Most things that a child receive are not violent in their own nature. Porn, games, movies, etc. it doesn't matter. If it truly effects the child than it was most likely because the child was already heading into a problem time. Games are like salt, they don't create a wound, but they hurt like hell if added to one.

Why can't I hold all these medals?
User avatar #262 to #256 - abitur (07/25/2013) [-]
>implying anything that happened a year ago is still relevant today
>implying the effort of a few american athletes can outbalance a nation full of fatasses
>implying swimming is violent
>implying the amount of gold medals a nation achieves in the olympics has any significance

I'm just joking around bro. No need to be so uptight. Only semi serious.

We rebelled against tyranny, and basically forged modern day republics.

There might not be such a thing as "The Free World" without that.
So many American hating countries carry a constitution or bill of rights based off of the ones America invented.

There is plenty to hate about my corrupt country, but lots of people like to forget all of the things we've done for the world.

And trust me, we are very militarial. Like Sparta.

Trust me, I have SO much to say about this country, but I cannot deny that the Founders were some wise men, and what they wanted... was pretty ******* beautiful. It's too bad how things have turned out.

But it's not over yet.... yet.

I remember playing Mortal Kombat when i was around 4 or 5 with my brother, i remember beating it once while he was at school before he did and when i told him, he told me to do it again, so i did... then he kicked me out of his room.

I think i turned out fine, i don't go around doing byciclekicks and pulling people's spines out.
