Batman trained in martial arts for a very long time(difrent amounts depending on commic version.) Iron man is the spoiled brat who truly bought his super powers. Especialy since he have classic superpowers (fly, close to indestructible, shoot fire thrue hand ect.) indiffrence from batman.
