Unplug your computer and consoles for a month. You'll get really productive without the electronics and when you do plug them back in you won't be as tempted to sit on the computer all day because you've found so many other things to do.

Happened when my motherboard fried in my computer a couple years ago and I took my sweet time replacing it.

You can waste your sweat precious sleep time or you can just drink a lot of liquid and when you have the urge to pee you should have about like the same results.

Wouldn't you be more likely to just decide without thinking things through thoroughly because you want to go back to sleep?

If you have a difficult decision to make, flip a coin over it. When you get the result you'll feel in your gut whether or not you're happy with it.

I guess this is true.
In general, i work better and better and better as i am awake trough the night.
I basically nail tests and get A+'s, because i never slept trough the night, and just finished presentations right before i where supposed to be done with them.
I am not even nervous when i then present them, just ******* tired, like a zombie.
I guess it is motivation in itself to know that i will be able to sleep after it all, yeah.
