People: In case you weren't aware, DJ F4gm1n ****** up the front page. Not only is this a "if it ain't broke don't fix it situation," but allow me to list other issues with it:
- You can't tell what content you've already seen
- There's no titles
- It's unnecessary. This isn't youtube, we don't change good **** for lulz.

If you like it, fine, but if you don't (like the majority of us), tell our delightful overlord to put it back:

when people say every year is 7 years for a dog, that's just a relative thing for their life-spans. It doesn't mean 1 year feels like 7 years for a dog. It just means we live 7 times as long as dogs do.

i miss my best friend Roman, he was a gently french mastiff but he was protective and loyal. i rescued him and had him for 8 months before he passed away. he waited til i left for work to pass away. i miss him every day i literally cried for 2 days. i took him out to my parents place dug him a six foot grave buried him and planted a lilac bush beside his grave. i almost carved his name into a granite stone the size of a football. i would trade 20 years of my life for just a few more years with him. great now im bawling

he was beaten when he was a puppy and burned with cigerettes and such. when i first seen him i thought i was looking at an angry beast the way the lady talked about him. within justa week he warmed up to me. we bounded so much i literally broke when he passed away. i held him for hours when i rushed home after hearing. i never allowed anyone to hit or yell at him for anything. like my friend fed him doritos and then yelled when he'd look at his plate. he never took food unless offered and knowing his cruel passed i bought him as many pigs ears and bullies as he could ever want. i have never meat a human ive cared for more then i cared for my dog roman.

why do dogs have different years to us, do they have a different sun or something?

what ? no it's time perception... in the laps of 1 year for us they will have aged the equivalent of 7 dog years...

oh, people tell me their dogs age in dog years so i thought it was to do with age.

yes and no...

our body takes the equivalent of 1 year...so 365 days to add 1 year to our life cycle for a dog it would be... well 365/7 = around 52

so 1 dog year is 52 days (something around that... )

ps, i'm just doing this on a hunch and from what i understand

Dogs can't differentiate between reds and greens. They really aren't color blind.
