I have a scratchy afghan cushion beside me. It's multi-colored and extremely scratchy, but at least it's an alternative when my pillow has gone missing.

I had that as my baby blanket. It was actually really soft and we gave it to a girl with severe cerebral palsy.

We got rid of ours a long time ago (we had no choice, **** happened). But gosh damn we used to have like 3 or 4 of those. Hated. every. single. one. of. them.

Oh my god, I have that. I got it when I was a baby, so now it's threadbare with 2 big holes in it, and actually really soft.

Yeah... that satiny bit is how I first started masturbating.

Also, those scratchy blankets always had these weird and awesome static electricity shows on winter nights.

I am the lone person who likes the "scratchy blanket".
Maybe mine were just never that scratchy?

I actually enjoy those, they feel nice. I still have a Lion King one from when I was little, and I use it as a summer blanket.

I have one. It came in a set and matches the blanket I had as a child.
But we have so many damn blankets in my house, comfortable ones, that nobody has to use it if they stay over.

I heart my old scratchy transformers blanket, I dont care what anyone says. The scratchiness causes friction, which stimulates heat production, which helps keep you warm. Its a twisted sort of efficiency
