I've wondered about the santa clause one myself and I always assumed that the parents put most of the toys under the tree and don't notice the few santa puts under the tree, and they assume the presents they don't recognize are ones bought by the other parent or a friend or something without them being consulted. also parents are sleepy that early in da morn.

Maybe all the parents in The Santa Clause, who don't believe in santa, just give their own kids gifts, and santa only gives gifts to the families that believe.

In BttF, if you follow one belief about time travel, is that the original timeline Marty was from is the "regular" timeline, where no travel took place. After he travelled back in time, the timeline would have forked to create a new alternate timeline in which he did travel through time, and he would cease to exist in the original timeline.

Only in any timeline created after that would his mom have the potential to recognize him. Otherwise it would have occurred in whatever way that original timeline had decided upon. But we don't see his parents much at all anyway.

It could simply be that she didn't really remember what that "calvin klein" guy looked like by the time Marty was born, or she would have just ignored it citing it as a coincidence. I mean the guy could have been her husbands relative and she didn't want to bring it up, so that could explain why she might recognize him, but not question it.

In the harry potter one, in the books professor Mgonnagle, forbids hermionie to use the time turned for anything else other then extra classes, she gave it back in at the end of the year, and then in the order of the pheonix, when voldemort lures harry into the departmeant of mysterys, haryy destroys the stock of time turners in a fight agasint a death eater

Not only is it always after midnight somewhere, but it is always technically "after" midnight everywhere.

I always thought the gremlins one was due to the moon being highest at midnight, and they'd have to be under it to work
