'Heer' means 'army' in German.

And what's "Spout"? Honestly... I am German, I know my language pretty well and I don't have any idea what this short text is supposed to mean...

if you say it out loud it sounds like you have an accent it's not like anyone on tumbler is actually multilingual

Ahh... so it's supposed to say "Hier ist mein Henkel, hier ist mein Schnabel" (I'd say "Schnabel", because there is no word in standard German for "spout")

I don't think it's supposed to actually be german, more like english with a german accent.

Either way I don't speak german =/

But a lot of them are either from another indo-european language, like latin, and most conserved their old German or middle German pronunciation. Nowadays, English is better comparable to Low-German as to High-German, on which standard German is based upon. And that's almost as different a language to standard German, like English is to standard German.
