I totally missed the grenades, so I thought the comic was a message about how tracking increases IQ.

How does that guarantee smart people won't pick it up?

A genuinely intelligent person would be able to see that they're just grenades painted like Easter eggs due to the texture and pin. They would also likely figure out that they aren't safe to pick up after hearing/seeing them go off when other people pick them up.

National IQ skyrockets, yet scientist are still baffled why? Not much of an improvement

Yeah I mean... If I saw an easter egg on the ground, I would probably tinker with it or examine it with my foot or something and I don't consider myself that unintelligent. I thought it was just a normal thing to do to get curious when you see a strange and out of place object... Eh, point is, I don't think this would exclusively affect stupid people, it would affect everyone of all intellects and only spare the old people who literally can't bend down and people who don't go outside
