All the comments calling ********, yet only one questioning what drove the artist to create a picture of a man imitating an ostrich with his head firmly planted up one's ass.

probably a comparison to how ostrichs bury their heads in the sand and humans, as the phrase goes, in their ass.

For all the nay-sayers = This isn't ********. I had a photography class in high school and had to study this guy. It's pretty easy to do it and was really fun.

You take multiple pictures that you intend to merge. One I did in high school was a picture of my friend trapped in a globe shaped tombstone. So I took a picture of her with her kneeling with her arms up like she was touching the edges of a sphere. Then I took a picture of the tombstone. When I developed the picture (manually, of course!) I started with the negative of the tombstone and covered the sphere area on the photo paper. Then I switched out the negatives and put in the one of my friend. I kinda waved a piece of paper around the edges of where she was to kinda blur it so it wouldn't look like a crappy photoshop. Once the exposing is done finish developing the picture and voila! you have a picture like these. :)
