This is ******* stupid. Nature measures time by the sun rising and falling, by tides, and by seasons changing. Creatures of all kinds rely on various time keeping measures, and often strive to achieve things before they run out of time (eg. migrating from one place to another before wind currents die down or cold sets in).

im pretty sure a dog knows its day by sun and night by moon,
but to be honest i like knowing what time it is i have fully accepted my fate as a professional procrastinator and so it doesn't even matter anymore
time is a guide line not a rule.

I'm on break from college and my whole sense of time is thrown off. Last date I remember was New Years. Other than that I find myself always asking, "What day is it?" My college let us out for over a month for some reason.

This makes me sad about my existence though there is nothing I can do about it without cutting myself off from humanity

JOKES ON YOU I PUT MY DATE/TIME ON ALL MY CLOCKS IN ARMENIAN, AND I CANNOT READ ANY OF IT.

I've also blacked out all my windows and have not left my home for a long while, specifically to test my ability to lose sense of time.

It's pretty intense.
I've even taken time off from my job to do this.

Apparently it was new years recently, so it must be January, I'm sure.

Not to sound like a dick, but isn't being on FJ showing you a date and/or a time?

Yes! But.
On fj it's relevant.

1 Hour Ago, 5 Hours ago, 3 Minutes ago, Just now means nothing to me if I don't even know the current time.

But then there is also the dates of comments and etc aswell. Are you watching local tv or purposely staying away from it as it could have details to current date/time?

It's national trash. TBS actually. I only tune in every now and again, but I get most of my entertainment from vidya or netflix.

And yes, there are dates on older comments, but the only meaning to me that has is "It was that day some time ago, which I cannot remember"

Jokes on you, I have no ******* clue what day it is, or what time it is, the only reason I remember what month it is is because last month was my birthday and I would forget that too if I wasn't reminded
