I misplaced my skyrim disk (for the ps3). No idea where it went. I completed the main story with minimal sidequests, which sucks, cuz I've been wanting to go back and play it more a lot (had it since release).

I'm tempted to torrent it, but I don't have the time, nor space on my computer for that **** ...

This glitch is caused by being silly and buying a ps3, if it's not little big planet, it's not meant to be played on ps3

I'm level 34 but got it 11 days after it first came out. I got scared I would beat it and moved afterwards and recently I started playing again. I just realized how much **** I did not do. I even forgot to do the civil war.
User avatar #68 to #49 - heliosnova (01/09/2013) [-]
Exact same here. I stopped at fighting that major storyline dragon, which I assume is a 'final boss' of sorts, though I'm not really sure. Still wondering if I should try joining the stormcloaks (God knows I've vampirically fed off them enough)
User avatar #167 to #68 - gramernazi (01/12/2013) [-]
I tried joining the Stormcloaks but after they told me that they were going to attack Whiterun, I joined the Imperials.

Hmm, I'll keep it in mind. Could be fun to try both if I keep separate saved files (Yay for destroying gaming integrity with new-age cheating)

Nice. Do you ever play Fallout? Those games are fun also.
User avatar #172 to #171 - heliosnova (01/12/2013) [-]
Just the 3rd. I have yet to try the others, as I've got APB Reloaded and S4 in the way, not to mention the upcoming Bioshock and Devil May Cry (Regardless of what the populace expects)
User avatar #173 to #172 - gramernazi (01/12/2013) [-]
Yeah, it's really hard to find good games these days. I've never tried Devil May Cry. Is it any good?
User avatar #174 to #173 - heliosnova (01/12/2013) [-]
I've heard a lot of hate towards it, actually. Hated the 3rd myself, but I might've gotten a false copy. Couldn't play through the first 5 minutes of it, the graphics were poor, and I couldn't seem to fix the keys. The 4th however, I thought was great in graphics, basic storyline, weapons and the bee-boss, is what I'll call him for the sake of spoilers. Especially the replayability, as it unlocks little bonuses for the enemies with every upped level
User avatar #175 to #174 - gramernazi (01/12/2013) [-]
Have you ever played Dead Island or Borderlands?
User avatar #176 to #175 - heliosnova (01/12/2013) [-]
Dead Island, no. Borderlands, I'm a fan of. Still play both from time to time. I can tell you off the bat that DMC's nothing like it though, in case you were wondering. Even the humor's entirely different, I think
User avatar #177 to #176 - gramernazi (01/12/2013) [-]
Yeah it's just sometimes when I find people with gaming knowledge I usually try figuring out if they know any other games that use the same sort of vibe that Dead Island, Borderlands, and Rage have. If you played them you'd know exactly what I'm talking about.
User avatar #178 to #177 - heliosnova (01/12/2013) [-]
Heh, Rage is a fun one. Somewhat reminiscent of BulletStorm, though to be honest, BS (Hah, just noticed that) is pretty much a game based on moving bullets from your gun to somewhere else in the most stylish way possible
User avatar #179 to #178 - gramernazi (01/12/2013) [-]
Is BS similar to Rage like in gameplay? I'm asking because I've been looking for a new game for my brother and he liked Dead Island and Rage but for some reason did not like Borderlands(due to the graphics.)
User avatar #180 to #179 - heliosnova (01/12/2013) [-]
That's tough to say. Bulletstorm lacks in everything from a good story, to a good multiplayer system, to.. I dunno. However, it makes up for all that with gameplay. It's not something I'm likely to play again, but it's fun while it lasts. So, about a day or two. Worth a shot if Steam's got a discount or something
User avatar #181 to #180 - gramernazi (01/12/2013) [-]
I might try it. Have you ever played Max Payne 3? The game play is great in there. I spent an hour shooting my friend and guy in a chair.
User avatar #182 to #181 - heliosnova (01/12/2013) [-]
No I have not. Maybe I'll add that to my list to play sometime around... next April, at this point, what with APB, S4, Torchlight II, Orcs Must Die II, Mirror's Edge, etc on my list of things to do
User avatar #183 to #182 - gramernazi (01/12/2013) [-]
Yeah those are okay games. Mirror's Edge is fun and **** . I'm probably going to try getting into PC games more.

well idk i am too. i just think about in caves theres not a lot of room to be far away from someone to shoot, so when you kill all person they all rush at you. without heavy armor youd be screwed

If you raise your heavy armor enough, you can get the perk where it doesn't weigh anything which is better than light armor.

User avatar #137 to #5 - admiralen ONLINE (01/09/2013) [-]
theres an armor cap, and with light armor you can hit it so heavy armor is completly pointless
User avatar #6 to #5 - superflystickman (01/09/2013) [-]
Light allows a 10% chance to dodge and huge stamina boost. Plus archers aren't supposed to get close enough to take damage.
#9 to #6 - russlenavy (01/09/2013) [-]
My current skyrim character is wearing full daedric (only level 50 heavy armor, level 20 light) and i have 100 archery, sneak, and pickpocket. If i accidentally get into close combat, i can just tank the damage and continue using a bow.

My damage with melee and magic is complete **** .
User avatar #10 to #9 - superflystickman (01/09/2013) [-]
Well, of course. Once you max one of them out, it doesn't matter if you picked the less authentic armor set, you're basically god.
User avatar #8 to #6 - Nullifier (01/09/2013) [-]
I agree with you...Though heavy armor is better (and i'm level 54 and have mastered both completely), I still prefer to wear light armor around. Though these days, now that nothing can kill me and i'm good enough to win huge fights even on master difficulty, I run around in Dwarven armor because I look like a badass and I have the +25% armor passive perk thing. Also it matches my enchanted enhanced dwarven crossbow
User avatar #7 to #6 - smokedmeatlog (01/09/2013) [-]
Well I guess Im just more of a combat worrier than an archer. Touchè
#11 to #7 - drmcninja (01/09/2013) [-]
You just need to level up more or get better armor and you'll be way more confident. It's really nothing to worry about if you're prepared well.
User avatar #13 to #11 - smokedmeatlog (01/09/2013) [-]
I don't really want to. If i were to change than i would go to magic.
#14 to #13 - drmcninja (01/09/2013) [-]
Nah, becaus ethe you'll basically be starting from scratch with leveled enemies and then you'd actually have to worry about it. Unless you count being a worrier as a good thing.
