i never considered to smoke to begin with
even when the "cool" kids said "dood u shoul smawk braw it's coowl"
not even drink alcohol because my father was a heavy drinker
and what that dumb **** did in his times
robbery, burglary, aggressive behaviour toward citizen and law enforcement, vandalism
yup he was a "hardcore" ******** and i'm glad i did not end up like him.

I started smoking when I was 17 and Im 21 now, I quit smoking about 5 months ago. The first month is really the hardest. Ive tried quitting in the past but I found out that you only truely quit when you're ready to quit. You cant quit for anyone but you.
I actually wake up in the morning without that heaviness in my chest and I love it.

Good for you OP!

E-Cigs. All the way. I've been trying to quit for almost a month. Just slowly go on lower cartridges of nicotine and eventually you're just smoking water vapor.

Why quit smoking? Smoking isn't that bad as long you don't do it too much. The government just wants you to believe it is very unhealthy so they have a legitimate reason to tax the **** out of it.

Its called a 'Sin tax' I believe. They have it on alcohol too.
Smoking is proven to be bad for you, I dont really believe its a conspiracy or anything. But the effects do vary person to person. My uncle died three years ago from lung cancer :( He had been smoking 50+ years, it was bound to catch up to him. I really think he did himself in after he had the tracheostomy (surgery creating a hole in your throat in order to aid in breathing) procedure done, he still decided to smoke :/

If you have quited thousand of times, that means you still go back to smoking.
Its like have a cigarette and saying you wont smoke no more cuz you quit but after a bit your smoking again.

For some reason, I didn't have trouble at all when i quit smoking.

I smoked a pack a day for about 5years. And one day in school, a girl i liked came up to me and said: "If you quit, I quit".

I quit the next day, and it wasn't exactly "fun" for the first couple of months, but it sure as hell was not hard either.

Maybe I sleep-smoke, without knowing it.. Or maybe im immune to nicotine, i dont know.

Truthfully, eating candy like the smalll pieces kind actually helps since it gives the motion of putting the cigarette up to your mouth.
