Wow, really? You just take an average photo-realistic screenshot of a forest and state that real life is not like that?
You people are absolutely blind if can't notice the beauty of the surroundings. I am not even talking about national parks, where nature is in all it's glory, just you local neighborhood on a foggy morning with no people outside. Or that nice vivid gradient on the sky in the evening. I'm surprised how many people miss that.

pic related - a photo I took near my home last winter

This is just a glimpse of how the graphics will look in general some years time from now. All we need is better computers that can run it, and that wont take long. Some people will go from 8bitt to this.. And beyond. What a wonderful time to live in

i wouldn't even say better computers over all for some of us i think that most of us will just need a new graphics card.

I hope that gameplay wise they will advance too, and not just be pretty games, like Skyrim and the second last ff. That quality graphics will become the standard, and graphics cards that can run it will be cheaper. I suppose that a graphic card that can run 100 mods must cost quite a bit today

I have played none of those games. A quick visit to wikipedia explained it fairly easily. My game selection is tiny, and my skills poor

Games are my second home because of these places. When I look at all the people I can't stand in public and all the media, I just race to a console and unplug from the world. Ironically GTA V is going to be my big stay because San Andreas was beautiful and I want to be there again. Goddamn it I love videogames.

I live in norway and I can assure you that the scenes you can find here are the same if not even better since you are seeing them with your own eyes

<- here I was at Kjerag /watch?v=LKMe-JgrJvU the thrill when standing on that rock and looking down, the simple effort you make climbing up here, I can assure you that real life is worth your time

Rather childish way of acting, but still. I was trying to say that we have amazing places on this planet better than in games, if the fact that I managed to get accepted into college in a nice country makes you feel like you need to ''get a private jet and head to norway'' then you are less of a man than you think.

Do try and find resolve in things not immature envy.

What I said had no relation to envy. The point was that most people don't have access to a place such as Norway.(Those living in Norway and surrounding areas withstanding) So mentioning it, while arguing the side you're on, is unfair. A much cheaper solution, that a lot more people have access to, is picking up a well made video-game. If you feel the need to mention the fact that you got accepted into that college, even though I spoke of nothing of the sort, perhaps you need to check into how secure you are in your manhood. One cannot envy what one knows nothing about. I'm pretty good at learning about people, but to somehow come to the knowledge of your schooling by what you said in the first comment would be an ability that transcends my own by far.

Your point of view has not changed even thou you said otherwise, still I shall answer this as well.
It is ones right to be proud and show the things he worked to get. Do you really think that if i talked about my home country I'd be talking less proud?
You are beyond wrong, I have security in my actions thus I feel good where ever I may be and in what ever situation.

P.S. I come from Romania, it has a life style similar to russia but safer. The goverment is trash, they treat it like a joke, the police is trash, you can bribe your way out of anything and the people are 90% of the time grumpy and want to make others unhappy just so that they can fell a bit better about their life. Those are truths and I do not ignore them, just like I don't ignore the beautiful parts, the way friends are closer if not at one point even closer as a relative, also as because people are so grumpy they are also that many times more happier when having fun cause it's just natural for them, and, even thou there is usually **** on the streets garbage everywhere most of they time, you can still find
<-- places like this if your eyes are looking in the right place.
I have not said anything unfair nor have a bragged without place. You just need to take the time and see things how they really are ''not that bad''

As I have no wish to continue an argument that is completely pointless, and that is not going to produce any favorable result, on either side, I concede. You may now think that you have bested me, or touched me, or inspired me, or whatever it was that you were trying to accomplish. I like your abundance of capitalization this time. Good show, chap.
