That was awesome especially since I like Dishonored more than any Assassin Creed game.

To be honest Corvo has a huge advantage over him. Especially with all that supernatural power from The Outsider. I would love to see how Corvo could stand up to him in a real fight with no Powers.

Corvo can counter-attack as well, so I guess it'll be a long fight.

He doesn't keep his guard up in order to counter-attack, he just does it right before the other person strikes to throw them off balance.

I realize that, but Connor has a guard break move that leaves opponents open to attack. He can also simply throw them into objects or to the ground, for a one hit KO. My favorite though, is the rope dart move that instantly hangs and strangles an opponent.

I haven't played Dishonored (though I will soon), but Connor is an amazing hand to hand combatant, without possessing any magic. I would give him the edge against anyone who was dependent upon it's use, should they not be allowed to use it against him.

Also, we're all getting just a little too serious over some vidjyagaems.

sleep dart to the face and corvo wins...or just shoot him...or use the razor wire traps...or a grenade. honestly he has alot of awesome gadgets he can use

Connor has literally all of those things in one form or another. Poison darts, guns, explosive traps, etc. so... yeah.

Perhaps, but as stated before, Corvo, apparently, has magic. Being stripped of it may put him at a slight disadvantage against someone who has fought and killed as an assassin for years without it. Unless you count Eagle-vision, which is really kind of useless.

actually corvo only aquired his powers after the game starts he was a normal person before the second mission of the game

Ok, but I was assuming we were going with versions of each that had experience and training. Otherwise it'd be a sissy-babby slap-fight. Like... maybe midway through each game? (I dunno about Dishonored, like I said, I've not played it yet.)

Either way, Jon Marston could kill both of them before they even moved. Dead-Eye ftw.

Dis *****. From Red Dead Redemption. Can basically freeze time and pick where he wants his bullets to go. (PROTIP: It's usually face or crotch. Pretty much ALWAYS face or crotch.)

so he has magic powers as well? then corvo could use his freeze time ability move out of the way and fire crossbow bolts that would fly towards there target as soon as time started again

No, it's not magic. Just his amazing shooting skills being slowed down to our level, so our tiny non-boss brains can perceive it and use it in the game. In fact, as I recall, it's never actually mentioned or referenced in the game at all.

I dunno, I liked the stealth in the game and I thought the gameplay was pretty good but.... I just got bored, doing missions for people I don't like for reasons I don't really care about. I didn't get immersed because I was constantly reloading because the game keeps reminding you that getting caught and killing gives you are worse ending.

Which one RE6, Dishonored, Black Ops 2, or AC3?

AC3 has barely no assassinations, just a ******** of (kind of fun) minigames, Dishonored has a lot of fun throat slitting, and several hilarious moves, RE6 is fun but if you bought RE4 instead you wouldn't miss much, Blops 2 is only worth getting if you enjoyed the zombie minigame in the first one and to be honest, have you played Skyrim? It's ******* fun as ****.

If I had to pick one of those, I'd say AC3. But in all honestly all of them are underwhelming. RE6 is being called horrible by many gamers and reviewers(the Destructoid review sums it up quite nicely), Dishonored plays like a weaker version of the Thief games with worse narrative, Black Ops 2 is more of the same CoD, and AC3 while still alright has the worst protagonist in the history of the series(I have yet to meet someone who actually liked Connor) and replaces AC1 as the weakest game in the series. If you want a really good game that recently came out, look for Xcom: Enemy Unknown. REALLY good strategy game that people seem to ignore but is considered INCREDIBLE by the people who gave it a try.

Comes down to either Dishonored or AC3. If you love assassin's creed and want a thoroughly satisfying end to the trilogy, get AC3. If you want to check out a new series, Dishonored. Don't forget to get your choice on Black Friday so it's cheaper!

I honestly thought that Dishonered was a way over-hyped game. It was ok., but it had been done before, and didn't bring anything new to the table. Assassins creed was revolutionary at the time it was made. I personally think Assassins Creed if 10 times better, but that's just my opinion.

I don't feel like it was over-hyped at all. Not by the developers, anyway. Everything I can think of that they said was true and not overstated or anything.

Nah, I'm with ya. Although I was just disappointed in the game as a whole. To me it played like a weaker version of the Thief series(which if you haven't played the series it's a reeeeally good stealth series), and it seems like most people who praise it never played those games. Traded my copy in for Xcom: Enemy Unknown, much more worth the money and not really noticed by many people.
