That funny because I'm pretty sure that the Mongols have a chapter dedicated to them in just about every single textbook and History Class.

We only had like 1 page dedicated to them in our history book. We also never talk about the persians when I read they had a pretty large and mighty empire long ago.

That's a really ****** history class.

The Mongols were possibly one of the most important occurrences in all of history, if not the most important.
User avatar #35 to #15 - daentraya (11/11/2012) [-]
And the Mongels managed to get mentioned in just about every Crash Course World History episode..

It's even funnier because that girl didn't pay attention to that at all, and is therefore a dumb bitch. Also...I haven't read much about the Mongols in quite some time. Had this not reminded me, I probably would have forgotten it completely in about 60 years or so.

Were you making a joke? Kind of like,
"Oh yeah, I haven't heard about it at all, I would have forgotten it in 60 years"
meaning, "I remember this so clearly the only way to forget is if I had Alzheimer's"

If so, I chuckled, but then I started wondering what else it could have been.

It was a small joke. This is Funnyjunk, after all; figured the least I could do was make someone chuckle a little, don't you think?

Everyone rode kangaroos back then. That's how Hannibal managed to cross the Alps.

Funniest post I've seen in weeks. I can just imagine midget cavemen riding in kangaroo puches, beating up huge meercats with sticks.
