Well no because that was between the U.S. and Britain.
Canada "became" a different country in 1867 or 1982 depending on which way you look at it. Using that logic you could say America won the French-Indian war.
In any case, in the War of 1812 neither side directly gained anything from the war, thus no one won.

Although vikings are cool, pirates would beat vikings, their boats would be defenseless against cannon fire.
Although i would think they would team-up. Show those Romans who not to mess with!

I always wondered why we celebrated the Vikings "conquering" us. Then I realised, they hardly conquered us, there wasn't many people in Britain to conquer at that time, so when they came in they contributed to the creation of the country.

(From what I know anyway, I only know of the Picts from that time, but I'm assuming there would be more people than just at the North East of Scotland.)

...I'm an engineer in the CF. We aren't allowed to grow beards. Pathfinders are no longer a trade.
The guy in your picture has an operational beard and has been outside the wire for a long ******* time, or has a beard chit because he can't shave due to sensitive skin.

You're half right. Pathfinders are infantry qualified engineers, or engineer qualified infantry depending on who you ask. Bad ******* ass either way.
