Wait so if sol is traveling like that, that must mean the star systems around us are traveling too right? Like how else would alpha centauri be the closest system to us if only we moved.

And I mean both, we don't have as many sounds as them and they don't have as much grammar as q¡we do. The only similarity is that they both are romantic languages. But you can't use Sol in English, please.

You can definitely use Sol in english if you're refering to our system's designation. I'm very much an english speaker and am not confused in any way.
