So I just watched Tammy. Don't ask why. The comedy fell flat and when something you can tell was supposed to mean something happened it fell flat even harder. The protagonists lack redeemable qualities of almost any kind, so you end up feeling worse when something good happens to them than when something bad happens to them. This is in direct contrast to when something happens to the "Antagonists" who are just normal people who want nothing to do with Tammy. It ends as unsatisfyingly as it gets when the characters we hate get everything they ever wanted and the only characters we can relate to get punished for no reason.

tl;dr Tammy is the very definition of unsatisfying.

Searched Tammy on Google, found this. Good Lord, judging the picture alone, it looks awful and plain stupid. Plus, I dislike Melissa McCarthy, so I'll avoid that movie.

I stumbled across the pilot of "The Strain" tonight. Wasn't planning on watching it. The dialogue and acting was pretty bad but the story interested me enough to want to watch the next episode. Probably won't watch after next episode though.

ITT: Saddest South Park episodes.

Ass Burgers.
Stan becomes chronically depressed due to losing everything because of his cynicism and his parent's divorce, causing him to become an alcoholic. In the end Stan embraces the changes in his life mere seconds before things go back to the way they were, causing Stan to become even more depressed and alcoholic than before. It's assumed that he spends the rest of the series under the influence.

Season 1 starts a bit rough. But it gets better and I've heard Season 2 is awesome. Once they got away from the typical CWish soap opera love triangle bull crap it really hit its stride.

I watched it a really long time ago, but I missed season 7 (last). I decided to re-watch because I forgot everything basically, and season 7 ending just crushed me, I have no idea why. No show has ever made me feel that strongly.

Must have gotten a bit different since I last watched it. It was all just retarded humor for highschoolers then. We are talking about the show on Machinima with the Arbiter and Master Chief action figures right?
User avatar #23604 to #23603 - toncheky (07/13/2014) [-]
Yes. I don't know, it was immature but intentionally. I found it so stupidly funny for some reason. But it got REALLY dark later. I was bummed out for days, still am as soon as I think about it.
